Great News! October's moon: the Hunter's moon will be imbuing us with its shining amber presence this weekend. According to earthsky.org, it should be viewable on the following dates: Oct 08,09,10, and 11.

The Hunter's Moon, given its name by the Algonquin tribe, (alamanac.com) provided extra moon light for the hunters to well... hunt and gather food. It marked the time of year to begin preparing for the harsh winter ahead when meat was scarce. The term was later adopted by astromoners and star gazers alike.
With Spooky Season in full swing, be sure not to miss this dope celestial occurence.
